Hi, I’m Bec, a Clinical Nutritionist passionate about making nutrition feel doable, flexible, and truly nourishing.
I work with women who are feeling burned out, exhausted, and stretched thin—and parents trying to feed their families while juggling everything else. I believe food should support your energy, your hormones, your mood, and your family life—not add more stress.
Why I Do This
I’ve seen firsthand how burnout, busy schedules, and confusing nutrition advice leave women and families feeling stuck. I created my practice to be a calm, clear space for support—one that’s rooted in evidence, but also real-life experience.
